Lie - Caught Red- Personal exp

As you know i am a college student...
I am also my class leader(representative)...

The day before diwali, i went to my native to celebrate the diwali with my parents.
That was the time when we had finished our third internal test.The answer sheets were corrected and given to us.

One of my class teachers have sent a mail about The Answers for the Questions and i was asked to forward the mail to my classmates(as i was the class rep).But in my native, i did not have the facility to check my mail i unable to reply him.

When returned to my college, i saw his mail and replied to him saying the above story for the late reply.When i met him personally on that week he asked me 'Have forwarded the mail?'.I said 'Yes sir(a pakka lie, actually i did not forward the mail)'.

One of my class mate went to him,and asked extra mark for a question.The sir, has told him to check his answer with the answer book(which i didnt sent to my mates).
Unfortunately(for me)my friend broke the true saying 'i have not received any mail, sir'.

I was caught red handedly by my master but he did nt punish me rather he asked me to send the mail once again.I was embarassed by his act(and for my act also). There i came to realize a truth cant be hided,one day it will be shown.
